Mora Lowry
Mora Lowry has practiced family law exclusively since 1999. She is upholding the proud tradition of the firm in providing caring and assertive representation to people facing difficult domestic relations issues. Mora Lowry also served as a court-appointed mediator for Summit County Juvenile Court and Guardian ad Litem for children who need strong, responsible advocacy. As a student at the University of Akron School of Law, Mora Lowry received the Constitutional Law award, for the highest academic performance. Mora Lowry was also recognized in 2007 with the Murray Glauberman Young Leadership Award. She is a member of the Scanlon Inn of Courts, a group of prestigious attorneys and judges. In 2009, Mora Lowry became a fellow in the Akron Bar Association. She is the chairperson of the Bar Applicants Committee of the Akron Bar Association, which determines whether law students can sit for the Ohio Bar exam. She is the secretary of the Family Law Section of the Akron Bar Association. She is the past chairperson of the New Lawyers Committee of the Akron Bar Association. Mora Lowry also volunteers her time as a board of trustees member of the Shaw JCC.
